Many common problems can be diagnosed in a 1-hour appointment; however, some more challenging problems may require more time. If that is the case, we will call you at the end of the hour to discuss the next steps.
Malfunction Indicator Light
Is your check engine light on? That is your car telling you it needs some maintenance. The Malfunction Indicator Light can indicate any number of problems with your vehicle. Starting at $75, we will scan your vehicle's computer and provide a report indicating why the MIL is active. Recommendations for repairs can often be made at this time.

Strange noises? Weird fluid leaks? Not really sure what's wrong? We'll start with a 1-hour general diagnostic and go from there. Many common problems can be diagnosed in a 1-hour appointment, however, some more challenging problems may require more time. If that is the case, we will call you at the end of the hour to discuss the next steps.

If your car is doing something you believe it shouldn’t be, but you can’t identify what is wrong, it is time to book a diagnostics appointment.
If your check engine light, or Malfunction Indicator Light, is on, it is advised to bring in your vehicle for a diagnostics test. If another light on your dashboard is activated, review your vehicle manual. If you still cannot determine what is wrong, our team can help you figure it out with a diagnostics test.

No. The diagnostics test itself may be an hour long, though it may take longer to identify larger challenges. We will call you if we need more time to understand what is wrong with your vehicle.
Once we find the root of the problem, it will take longer to complete the necessary maintenance. We will communicate any additional time needed, as well as any additional fees, directly with you.
